What is this store’s return and exchange policy?

To be eligible for an exchange or refund please contact us within 3 days of receipt at [email protected]. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  unless products are defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund less shipping costs. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

Can I change my order or add on?

Once your order is placed we cannot accept changes or an add ons as we have a separate employee who is in charge of shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do!

When will my items ship?

Our typical shipping time within the U.S. of in-stock items is 1-2 weeks unless otherwise noted. If something is on backorder, it means we are working on another batch, and your item will ship within 2-5 weeks.

My package looks like it’s lost in the mail, what can I do?

Please contact your local post office first, we often find that our customers are able to get best results by going directly through their local office. If there is no movement after 30 days, we’d be happy to send you shop credit or replacement if stock is available.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
